Residential Bungalow

At Aakatva Architects, we recently designed a second home in Heart of Maharashtra on a narrow plot tightly surrounded by neighboring buildings, with limited scope for natural light, ventilation, and views.
Rather than seeing these constraints as challenges, we approached them as opportunities for thoughtful design. The home is planned with strategically placed skylights that bring in ample daylight and promote natural airflow. Windows are carefully positioned to ensure cross-ventilation & improving air circulation, and allowing light to penetrate throughout the structure.
The outcome is a comfortable, well-ventilated, and climate-responsive home that demonstrates how intelligent planning can transform even narrow, constrained sites into livable spaces.
